Vegan Creations

Embracing a shared passion for global food trends and creating memorable taste experiences, Chewco and Anna Lee have formed an extraordinary collaboration.

Together, we have taken culinary exploration to new heights by making our creations animal-free.

This month, we proudly present two exceptional recipes crafted by the talented Hollywood food stylist using Chewco's vegan mixes.

Ube Mont Blanc

Let's travel from Paris to Manilla with this colorful twist on the traditional French delicacy, crafted by Anna using Chewco's vegan baking mix and a plant-based cream infused with natural ube powder, adding a touch of Filipino influence to this beloved dessert.

Mochi Gulab Jamun

Anna's version of the Indian delicacy Gulab Jalum brings you mochi donut holes made with Chewco's vegan mix, delicately soaked in fragrant rose water.

Served in a bowl, this dessert reminded her of Tang Yuan, the Taiwanese sweet soup with glutinous rice balls.
