                                Mix yeast, flours, milk, sugar, and activated yeast. Add butter for desired elasticity. Prepare a cocoa dough and ferment both for 60 minutes at 36°C.

								Danish Machine Operation
									
								
                                Roll butter and dough, then fold multiple times. Roll out cocoa dough, combine with the original dough, and shape into triangles.

								Add Mochi Filling
									
								
                                Place soft mochi filling in each triangle, then ferment for 3 hours at 29°C.

								Bake
									
								
                                Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes for a golden, flaky result.
