At the 2026 Taipei International Bakery Show, taking place from March 12 to March 15, Chewco will showcase its latest bakery premix innovations and texture solutions, bringing a new level of creativity to modern baking.
As the bakery premix brand powered by Texture Maker technology, Chewco focuses on helping brands and bakeries develop products with distinctive textures, stable production performance, and market-ready formulations. By combining food science expertise, texture engineering, and market insight, Chewco provides comprehensive solutions, from ingredient systems and formulation development to final product design.
During the exhibition, visitors will experience a series of multi-layered texture applications, demonstrating how Chewco’s bakery premixes and Texture Maker technology can elevate both flavor expression and mouthfeel, while ensuring reliable results for large-scale production.

Plant-Based High-Protein & Low-GI Baking Applications
As consumer demand for healthier baked goods continues to grow, Chewco will introduce its plant-based high-protein premix and low-GI baking solutions.
Through innovative formulation design and Texture Maker technology, these solutions overcome the common challenge of dry or dense high-protein products. For example, a single slice of high-protein toast developed with Chewco’s premix can provide approximately 15 g of protein, while maintaining a soft, moist texture similar to milk bread.
The formulation also significantly reduces the beany flavor commonly associated with plant proteins, achieving a better balance between nutrition, flavor, and texture.
In addition, Texture Maker’s low-GI baking system can replace traditional wheat flour at a 1:1 ratio, allowing brands to create healthier products without sacrificing taste or mouthfeel. These solutions open new possibilities for plant-protein bakery innovation.
Exhibition Highlights
Interactive Experiences & Live Demonstrations
During the exhibition, Chewco will host several interactive activities designed to share knowledge and inspire product development.
In collaboration with the nutrition brand Naked Protein, Chewco will present a “Nutritionist Mini Class”, introducing visitors to the benefits of high-protein diets. Attendees will also receive a Purple Sweet Potato High-Protein Powder sample pack.
Texture Maker’s consumer brand FunMaker will also showcase applications developed with its bakery premix solutions, including High-Protein Toast, demonstrating the versatility of plant-protein premixes in home baking.
On the weekend, live equipment demonstrations in collaboration with Rheon Machinery will take place at the booth:

During these sessions, freshly made Lava Pastry Mooncakes will be produced on-site and offered for tasting, allowing visitors to experience Chewco’s texture innovations and product applications up close.
